software-only stuff with no direct hardware ties, i.e. does not hit any IO
or whatever. Memory-to-memory stuff. Stuff specifically USED at 32. Data and
whatnot BUILT at 32 can be in global.

Analagous to "libraries" in unix and in unix kernels. May grow into a PASSM
interpreter in Ha3sm. Will probably start with cell-to-hex, UTF-8 munglers,
simple compression, encryption, linked-list goodies, checksummers beyond the
386 plurals, fonts...

Math libs do have a hardware dependancy besides the CPU, the math copro,
which is semantically not the CPU to Ha3sm.

This is still microkernel code. Premium on speed. Micro in terms of time to
execute. Be particular about what does and does not actually belong in here
at all.

Relocatable is a huge win, as far as devel overhead of osimplay.
Relocateable code, once complete and correct, can be included in a rebuild
by concatenating the binary of the included code. fuz and mirror are
byte-size bit-transposition functions as bytepage tables. The binaries can
be pre-compembled and concatenated to the boot image with cat and maybe some
clump definitions in top.

The patternmoves got moved to global because they happen to be use-either
code.
