Alpha4 -> Alpha5 changes
------------------------

. ranges of dates and revisions are supported by diffs, prs, sccslog
	  Notation is
	  	X..Y
[X,Y]	means everything from X to Y, inclusive
		X,,Y
(X,Y)	means everything from X to Y, exclusive
		X.
[X	means from X onward, inclusive
		,Y
		Y)	means from 1.1 to Y, exclusive
X and Y can be revisions or dates or symbols, run command --help to
	  get more information.

. partial date support. When specifying a date, the form is
YYMMDDHHMMSS with only YY required - some or all of the rest
may be implied. The unspecified bits may round up or down,
depending on defaults. With no other information, they round up.
If the form is -c98. (aka '-c[98' ) then the dates round down.
if the form is -c.98 (aka '-c98]' ) then the dates round up.

. Added sccslog command which prints out time sorted revision logs.
Very useful for writing up these notes. It respects the date
	  selection just like prs.

	. prs/sccslog take -r to mean "TOT".

. Added -c<date> support to get. You can get things as of a particular
	  date this way.

. Include/exclude lists work properly and I have a bunch of tests in
	  the regression script.

. many more tests in "regression" shell script

. diffs can take a date range to look for changes. For example,
you can say ``diffs -d980701..980701'' to see all changes that
happened on July 1st (this shows you how to think about the rounding
as well - starting dates round down, ending rounds up, so here the
difference is the unspecified 23 hours 59 minutes and 59 seconds
	  that occurred from 12AM July 1 to 11:59PM July1).

Anyway, one non-obvious thing is that diffs will expand the range
slightly backwards if you give it a range that includes only one
delta. This may ore may not make sense - I think I may want to
bump it backwards one for all date ranges - think about it.

. admin -h now flags time stamps that go backwards when they should
	  go forwards.

. Fixed a bug in admin where it was deleting the gfile on checkin.

. Preliminary support for 4 digit years.

. Most code passes GCC's -ansi -pedantic flags.

. diffs has -a (do on all files), -c (context diffs), -u (unified),
-D (prefix with dates), -M (prefix with revision #'s), -U (prefix
with user names). The prefixes are part of the diff output. It's
like you did a "get -pm foo.c" for both files and diffed 'em.

. Use GNU diff instead of builtin diff - it's better. I may fix this
	  some day.

Alpha4 changes from Alpha3

. Built a regression test. It's not complete, but it's a start. Run

	    regression

    to see what it does.

. Turned off my diff implementation - it generates verbose diffs.

. Brought admin(1) much closer to ATT man pages.

. Added support for binaries and gzipped binaries.

. Implemented a "landingpad" in the file for quick symbolic tags. This
cute hack means that I don't have to rewrite the whole file.

. Redid the file name expansion interface to do the ATT compatible thing
if they don't have an SCCS dir. The interface lets you specify files,
or a directory, or "-" and files on the standard input.

. Various performance hacks. co -u -m is as fast as co.
