PopTart 0.9.7 -- A POP3 mail client for Linux,

I wrote this partially because I was frustrated over the lack of decent pop
clients, and partially to learn systems programming on Linux. The code
borrows from a pop client written by Alan Cox. The UIDL extensions
were written by Richard B. Kilgore.

To install PopTart, type 'make install'. If you want to recompile it, type
'make all', then 'make install'.

BUGS
If your mail password contains a dollar sign, it will not get read correctly
from the commmand line. To get around this, prefix the dollar sign with a
backslash, so that 'biffo$42' becomes 'biffo\$42'.

Also, I have tested PopTart on my Linux box at home, with Pine and xmail,
and it seems to work fine for these. If you use differant mailers, system,
etc, please drop me a line to let me know how it works.
