	* configure.in: Bump to 0.1.2

	* sftp-method.c (buffer_recv):
	(buffer_send): Use atomic_read_write
	(atomic_read_write): Implement
	(do_open_directory): If the path is empty, then set it to the root
	directory explicitly
	(do_rename): Implement
	(do_set_file_info): Use do_rename as necessary
	(buffer_write_file_info): Don't allow setting the owner, since it
	may not make sense
	(sftp_connect): Generate the argument list on the fly and
	g_strfreev it; avoids compiler warnings

	* sftp-method.c (buffer_send, buffer_recv, buffer_read_gint32)
	(buffer_write_gint32): Use GINT32_TO_BE rather than htonl
	(sftp_connect): Use g_spawn_async_with_pipes rather than
	launch_ssh; grab error output and add a watch for the error
	stream; initialize status
	(struct SftpConnection): Add error_channel
	(launch_ssh): Remove
	(sftp_connection_process_errors): Implement

	* configure.in (VFS_LIBS): Remove VFS_{LITTLE|BIG}_ENDIAN

	* sftp-method.c (buffer_write_gint64, buffer_read_gint64): Use
	GINT64_*_BE macros

	* sftp-method.c (sftp_connect): Clear argument list on invocation
	(sftp_get_connection): Don't lock the mutex unless we actually
	succeeded; give a GNOME_VFS_ERROR_INTERNAL if res indicate success
	but the connection is still NULL
	(sftp_get_connection): Don't try to open a new connection if an
	existing one is locked; just block until the connection is free
	(buffer_read_file_info): Disable reading UID and GID
