<description>Nspluginwrapper may crash or enter into an infinite loop
(100% CPU load in Konqueror) after crash of wrapped
plugin. This update fixes this problem.

It also fixes several other problems and introduces support
for windowless plugins and the restart of hosted plugins
after crash.
