int intrapred16x16	(	ImageParameters *	img,
		Macroblock *	currMB,
		ColorPlane	pl,
		int	predmode
	)

makes and returns 16x16 intra prediction blocks

Returns:

DECODING_OK decoding of intraprediction mode was sucessfull
SEARCH_SYNC search next sync element as errors while decoding occured

Parameters:

img	image parameters
currMB	Current Macroblock
pl	Current colorplane (for 4:4:4)
predmode	prediction mode
