This is a heaviliy modified version of the portmapper.
It is based on Wietse Venema's portmap_5beta release.

Changes made:

 *	Now using the smallrpc library instead of the
	stuff in glibc

 *	Now chroots at startup, the account to which
it setuids can be set by command line argument
(was uid 1), alsp drops group root privilege.

 *	No longer accepts registrations of services
on ports >= 65536. This could be used to
register low ports even as a normal user.

 *	There was a potential buffer overflow in the
PMAP_CALLIT code. When grokking the RPC response,
the code would decode the server's data into a
buffer on the stack without bounds checking.
The only reason this is not lethal is that the
buffer was 9000 bytes but the librpc code sets the
max UDP message size to 8800 bytes.

 *	If you spam portmap with bogus requests, it will
log them. While doing so, it used to fork a child
process, which tried to get the name of the RPC service,
causing NIS traffic if you have NIS. Not a huge DoS,
	but it's got potential.

This version reads rpc number->name mapping info
	once and saves it

 *	Save mapping info in a file, and re-read that file
when starting. Allows to stop and re-start the
portmapper without having to use pmap_dump/pmap_set.

 *	pmap_dump and pmap_set are gone
